These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and ace666 ("Platform", "we" or "us"). By registering an account or accessing any part of the ace666 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all provisions of this Agreement.
1 Definitions and Interpretation
In this Agreement, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:
- "Platform" refers to the ace666.wine website together with all services, features and content available on it.
- "Account" means a user profile validly registered on the ace666 platform.
- "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a user's account at any given time.
- "Bonus" means credits, promotions or additional benefits offered by ace666 to eligible members.
- "Wagering Requirement" is the total amount of bets that must be completed before bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.
- "Deposit" refers to the transfer of funds from a user into their ace666 account.

2 User Eligibility

3 Account Registration
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the ace666 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, the same household or from the same IP address may result in all such accounts being frozen and all balances and bonuses being forfeited.
During the registration process, you agree to:
- Provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number and a valid email address.
- Create a strong password and not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Update your account information should any changes occur.
- Notify ace666 immediately if your account is accessed without authorisation.
4 Deposits and Fund Management
ace666 accepts deposits via approved payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.
Deposit conditions in effect:
- The minimum amount per deposit is RM50.
- Deposits may only be made from a financial account registered in the user's own name.
- All deposits are subject to review and verification by the ace666 finance team.
- ace666 does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be made at any time subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM50.
- All withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is confirmed.
- Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered in the same user's name.
- Withdrawal of bonus funds requires the wagering requirement to be completed first.
- ace666 reserves the right to conduct security checks before processing a withdrawal.
If a withdrawal cannot be processed within the stated timeframe due to technical issues or additional verification requirements, the ace666 support team will contact the relevant user via email or live chat.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
ace666 offers various promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms set for each promotion. The following terms apply generally:
Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing the account balance to RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 before withdrawals are permitted. For a deposit of RM600, the bonus is RM300 bringing the balance to RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.
- Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
- Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirement.
- ace666 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
- Promotions are for the personal use of members only and are not transferable.
- The terms for each promotion may be updated from time to time.
VIP Programme: Active members are eligible to join the ace666 VIP programme, which consists of three tiers: Bronze with cashback of up to 0.3% per week, Silver with cashback of up to 0.5% per week, and Gold with cashback of up to 0.8% per week. VIP tier progression depends on the member's level of activity and loyalty.
7 Game Rules
All games available on the ace666 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games — operate according to their respective rules as stated within each game's interface.
- Game results are final and cannot be disputed once completed.
- ace666 is not liable for any technical disruptions during gameplay, but will endeavour to resolve such issues promptly.
- All games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified and independently audited to ensure fairness.
- The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are stated within the game itself.
8 Prohibitions and Restrictions
Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the ace666 platform:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Committing fraud, providing false information, or any form of financial fraud.
- Using the platform for money laundering or unlawful financing activities.
- Sharing login credentials or allowing another party to access your account.

9 Account Closure and Suspension
ace666 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence of fraud or a breach of the terms of use.
- The user fails to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period.
- The account has been inactive for a period as defined by the current policy.
- There are instructions from the relevant authorities.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ace666 customer support team. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ace666 is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users.
- Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond ace666's control, including internet infrastructure outages or technical issues on the part of third-party service providers.
- Losses arising from disputed game outcomes after a game has been confirmed as completed.
In any case, ace666's total liability to a user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
11 Amendments to Terms and Conditions
ace666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
For material amendments, ace666 will make reasonable efforts to notify members via email or in-platform notifications. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ace666 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.
If a negotiated resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure provided by the relevant licensing body, or through a court of competent jurisdiction.
